At Casique, we want you to love your purchase. To ensure a smooth and fair experience, please review our exchange policy below:
✅ Eligible for Exchange
- Exchange is available only in case of a product defect (unboxing video mandatory)
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
🚚 Size Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are allowed, but shipping costs (both return & re-delivery) are borne by the customer.
- Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will dispatch the new size.
- Customers can email us to initiate the exchange, after which we will provide the warehouse address for the return shipment.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products with stains, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- Customized or personalized items (non-exchangeable).

When will I get my order?
At Casique, we are primarily a made-to-order brand, which means each piece is crafted specially for you. However, we do keep a small surplus stock for faster shipping on select items.
- 2–6 working days to dispatch
- 2–8 days for delivery (depending on location).
We highly recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before you need it to ensure it arrives on time.
Need it urgently?
We offer a fast shipping option where your order is dispatched immediately to meet your required delivery date. This service costs ₹150–₹600 extra depending on your location and will ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
How does partial COD work?
At Casique, we offer a Partial COD option to ensure smoother deliveries and genuine orders.
- Customers choosing COD are required to pay a partial advance amount of ₹99–₹199 at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining product amount must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
- Please note that the partial COD amount is an additional charge and will not be deducted from the product price.
