4. Shipping

• Once dispatched, Casique is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or other issues caused by the courier company.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Casique does not accept returns or refunds.

• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

• Each order is eligible for one-time free exchange only, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders
