Casique Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Casique, we take pride in ensuring that every product is carefully crafted and quality-checked prior to dispatch. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns & Refunds

1.1 No Returns / No Refunds – All sales are final. We do not accept product returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind.
1.2 Order Finality – Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing issues may occur. To ensure fairness, we provide exchanges under the following terms:

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of delivery by contacting Casique through the official support channel.

  • Customer is required to cover the shipping charges for the exchange (both ways)

2.2 Size Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues and are subject to stock availability.

  • The customer shall bear both-way shipping charges (return and re-delivery).

  • Casique shall dispatch the replacement product only after receiving and inspecting the returned product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

2.3 Non-Eligible Products

  • Products that are used, stained, washed, carry odor (perfume, deodorant, etc.), or show any signs of wear and tear will be deemed ineligible for exchange.

  • Customized, personalized, and discounted/sale items are strictly non-exchangeable.

3. Limitation of Liability

Casique shall not be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during return transit. Responsibility for safe return delivery lies solely with the customer.

4. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase on www.casique.in or through any official Casique sales channel, you agree to abide by this policy and understand that Casique reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above terms and conditions.
