Shipping policy

At Casique, every product is crafted with care. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we take a little extra time to ensure quality before dispatch. Please read our shipping details carefully before placing an order.


1. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

  • In rare cases (public holidays, weather disruptions, factory issues, or unforeseen delays), dispatch may take up to 10–14 business days.

  • You will be notified in case of any significant delay.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on the location.

  • In case of courier delays, delivery may extend up to 9 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partners (Shiprocket/Delhivery) and may vary.


3. Shipping Partners

  • We use Shiprocket/Delhivery as our official shipping partners.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking link via SMS on the phone number provided at checkout.


4. Delivery Process

  • Delivery agents will always ask for an OTP before handing over the parcel.

  • Please ensure that the correct phone number and address are provided while placing the order. Casique is not responsible for undelivered parcels due to incorrect details.


5. Damaged / Tampered Packages

  • Please do not accept a parcel that appears tampered with.

  • At the time of delivery, if you notice damage to the outer packaging, we request you to:

    1. Record a clear unboxing video (showing the parcel condition and delivery agent).

    2. Refuse the delivery if severely tampered.

    3. Share the video with our support team within 24 hours to raise a complaint with the shipping company.

  • Without proper proof (video + delivery agent present), Casique cannot be held responsible for damage claims.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international orders, please contact our team before placing your order.


7. Responsibility After Dispatch

  • Once dispatched, Casique is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

  • However, our team will assist you in coordinating with the shipping partner in case of issues.
