Exchange is available only in case of a product defect (unboxing video mandatory)
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Size exchanges are allowed, but shipping costs (both return & re-delivery) are borne by the customer.
Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will dispatch the new size.

At Casique, we offer a Partial COD option to ensure smoother deliveries and genuine orders.

Customers choosing COD are required to pay a partial advance amount of ₹99–₹199 at the time of placing the order.
The remaining product amount must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
Please note that the partial COD amount is an additional charge and will not be deducted from the product price.
